Appointed in Trakker Private Ltd Holdings as Group Head to monitor over all security of the Group and being a CEO of TPL Security Services managing the Security Company of the Group, which is providing security services in all over Pakistan, having sub offices in Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta, Chaman, Sukker and Hyderabad.

  • Providing security services to major clients by employing well trained guards after assessing the security requirements of clients up to their satisfaction.
  • Controlling and managing all affairs of security guards and other administration employees of security company (1800 in total) including their training, servicing efficiency, administration problems, health and hospitalisation, pay and leave through 4 Retired majors and 7 captains employed in sub offices in all major cities.
  • Regularly visiting the client’s sites and reassessing the security demands with changing environments, ensuring alteration in security plan with consent of clients.

 

Anti-Narcotics Force, Sindh                                                                                             2013 – 2016

Joint Director

Supervising and organizing Anti-Narcotics operations throughout Sindh province for 2 years being Deputy Director Operation ANF Sindh.

  • Coordinating and planning with other LEAs (Sindh Police, Sindh Rangers, IB, FIA, and Customs) for arresting of smugglers and seizing of narcotics.
  • Devised plans to block smuggling of drugs outside Pakistan by coordinating plans with Port Authorities (PICT, KICT, and QICT), Jinnah International Airports and Pakistan Maritime Agency.
  • Seizing record quantity of narcotics and arresting national and foreign smugglers.
  • In recognition to the services, declared best operative in the field for two consecutive years i.e. 2014 and 2015.
  • In 2016, remained member of ANF selection team for officer’s cadre.
  • Imparted basic training to newly inducted officers at ANF Academy, Islamabad.

  • Responsible for distribution, material management, financial management, and contingency operations.
  • Directed and managed distribution management, material management, contingency operations, fuels management, and vehicle management. Planned and programmed logistics support for wartime requirements.
  • Determined operational requirements and specifications including reliability, maintainability and standardization for facilities, vehicles and material handling equipment.
  • Analysed logistics concepts and strategies and provided recommended solutions for potential improvements for the development of policy, procedures, action plans and guidance documents related to logistics concepts and strategies.
  • Trained and assisted personnel to build a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation within the Logistics and Warehouse department and to maintain a strong sense of staff identity.

Protected lives and property of US Army contractor assigned with Pakistan Army Aviation and responding to emergencies and crises management

  • Facility management of US State Department Housing Compound located at Quetta. The Compound had accommodation for 52 US state department American contractors and 1300 local staff.
  • Ensuring the health and safety regulations of United States are followed in true letter and spirit throughout the housing compound.
  • Providing oversight in security matters which was responsibility of Government of Pakistan.
  • Oversight in catering matters which was outsourced to private contractors.

Army Selection and Recruitment Centre Karachi                                                               2003 – 2006

Assistant Selection and Recruitment Officer

Selection and recruitment of Officers/Junior Commissioned Officers, Non-commissioned Officers and Jawans for Army in Sindh and Baluchistan. Selection and enrolment of 4200 personnel in Army in every all ranks per year.

  • Visiting far flung areas of rural Sindh and Baluchistan to find potential soldiers.
  • Testing, interviewing and recommending for Commissioned Officer cadre.
  • Creating Army image building in Rural Sindh and Baluchistan.
  • Introducing first time On Line selection of officers’ cadre and soldiers directly linked with GHQ.

Responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation of B & R Works:-

  • Vigilance and check on tendering and allocation of Funds on Road projects.

Officer in Charge Recovery, theft detection and Internal Affairs

Responsible for managing the affairs of troubled KESC, especially in recovery of arrears and stoppage of theft

  • Introduced the doctrine of good governance and efficiency based service distribution.
  • Stopped physical theft of KESC electricity and materials.
  • Initiated, monitored, and recovered arrears of more than Rs. 150 million.
  • Controlled & brought down line losses to bare minimum.
  • Devised programs to meet performance targets and provide a quality service with a high level of customer care.

 

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • While Working for ANF Sindh Narcotics Seizure worth 880 million Rs of Heroin, and other Narcotics worth 850 million Rs.
  • While Working for B & R Baluchistan, Recovery of 1.6 Billion Rs.
  • While working for Army selection and recruitment centre, computerised the testing and verification process which is still being used by army, it entailed planning and making of software for testing process for army personnel.
  • While working for KESC recovery of theft worth 500 million Rs.
  • While working for ANF Sindh established ANF Training College and conducted training of first batch for Assistant Directors, Inspectors and Sub Inspectors.
