Induction Criteria

Careful consideration of the candidate’s height, required to meet necessary standards.

Comprehensive medical evaluation of the candidate, meeting the required health standards.

Selection on the basis of the candidate’s physical fitness.

Mental Health assessments to ensure the candidate’s psychological capability.

Verification Process

Criminal Record Verification (CRO) of all potential candidates through the special branch of the police.

Cross-referencing of the potential candidate’s identification details with the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).

Clearance from the Citizens-Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) is obtained for all potential candidates, ensuring their credibility and trustworthiness.

Requirement of two guarantors to vouch for the character and reliability of the potential candidate.

Training Opportunities

Comprehensive general security training programs are conducted in-house, covering various aspects of security awareness needed for foundational knowledge.

Training is delivered by the All Pakistan Security Agencies (APSA) to enhance the guard’s security skills and expertise.

Specialized training is provided to all guards based on specific client requirements, ensuring their preparedness to handle unique security challenges.

Continued improvement of skills through participation in regular on-job training sessions, which include simulations, scenario-based exercises, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
